Mail In Registration for Belleville and Quinte West
It's not too early to think about registering for the upcoming Ball Hockey Season. Our mail in registration starts January 1st.
To ensure your registration and save the nuisance of having to line up at our walk-in registrations in the Spring! Just click on the download at the bottom of this page to obtain your Registration Form and then include it, along with a cheque for $120.00 made payable to the BQMBHL to the mailing address below. Those players who wish to play out of The Trenton Community Gardens, please ensure you download the correct Registration Form.
If you wish to keep a copy of your Registration Form for income Tax purposes, please print two copies of the Registration Form and keep one for your records.
